Marty Garms was ordained in 1987 and has served as Pastor of East End PM Church since 1992. He has built longstanding relationships with the members of his church and the neighborhood of East End over the past 25 plus years. He and his wife Donna have 4 children: Joshua, Sara, Rebekah, and Jacob.
